Oh boy.......151-rum again.  Could get dangerous!  It's officially Wednesday and we're half way through until the weekend!  What a perfect reason to make a cocktail.....like we need one right?  On the calendar tonight, we're having a San Juan.

I gave tonight's cocktail 4 shots out of 5.  This is a pretty good blended cocktail!  It's got some good ingredients mixed in it, but I have to say that when I read that I needed to put an entire shot of lime juice in it..........I got nervous.  To my surprise, it adds a nice flavor and it does not take over or make you make funny faces.  Don't get me wrong, I definitely taste the lime juice in this cocktail, but it's not too much lime juice.

Here is the recipe for San Juan:

• 1 1/2 shots amber rum
• 1 shot grapefruit juice
• 1 shot lime juice
• 1/2 shot cream of coconut
• 1 tsp 151-rum

In a blender add 1 cup of ice, amber rum, grapefruit juice, lime juice and cream of coconut.  Blend it up really well until all of the ice is gone.  Pour it into your glass (I used a margarita glass) and float your tsp of 151-rum on top.
