Another Monday.  This is the last week that my husband has of work and then he's off for three whole weeks!!  I'm sooo excited.  Especially with the holidays right around the corner, it will be nice having him home with me and the kids when they are off on their break as well.

I gave tonight's cocktail 5 shots out of 5.  Oh......my........goodness this cocktail is amazing!!  What a nice change compared to the "not so good" cocktails I've had lately.  I am going to have to go out and buy a real bottle of this vodka and some more eggnog so that I can make more of these.  The pineapple flavor in the vodka and the cream of coconut add SUCH a nice twist to this eggnog cocktail.  Who'd have ever thought of this combo?  Someone very smart I must say!  I found tonight's cocktail recipe at barnonedrinks.

Here is the recipe for a Mele Kalikimaka Martini:

• 1 oz pineapple vodka
• 2 oz eggnog
• 1/2 oz cream of coconut
• ground cinnamon for garnish

In a shaker, add ice and all of the ingredients above except for the ground cinnamon.  Shake up well and strain into a martini glass.  Garnish with the cinnamon.
