Saturday!  Three days down and three days to go until our oldest comes home, man these days can not go any faster.  Tomorrow marks the very last day of winter break for the kids and then we jump back into the routine of normal (whatever normal is) lives.  We had a productive day of rearranging and cleaning out more of the garage and decided to reward ourselves with pizza and beer!

I gave tonight's cocktail 3 shots out of 5.  Sometimes shooters are flavorful and enjoyable and sometimes because they are so small, shooters get the short end of end of the stick in the flavor department.  Tonight is one of those nights.  This shooter is half vodka and half sour apple pucker, so basically the vodka bites you and the pucker tries to mask it.  This cocktail is OK and if you really enjoy the sour apple pucker, you'll enjoy tonight's shooter more then I did.  I found this cocktail at barnonedrinks.

Here is the recipe for a Sour Apple Drop:

• 1 oz vodka
• 1 oz sour apple pucker

In a shaker, add ice and both ingredients above.  Shake and strain into a shot glass.
